The PRO238 Mk II is a handheld vocal condenser with a large-diaphragm capsule and a fixed Cardioid pattern.
The capsule is described as having a 1-inch diaphragm made of 3-micron Mylar.
Removing the capsule basket reveals the switchable 100Hz high-pass filter.
The mic’s frequency response is nominally flat with multiple presence peaks at 2.5kHz, 7kHz and 10kHz.
The MKII improves upon the original in frequency response handling noise isolation.
