This set was formerly known as the Zakk Wylde Signature Series. Zakk changed endorsement companies so GHS repackaged these under the new name of Heavy Weights. They even kept the ZW in the part number Guitar Strings (GBZW & GBZW-LO).

Heavy Weights have the EXTREMELY heavy bottom. In fact, this set has the biggest sixth string Guitar Strings (.070) of any set we have ever seen! If you and your ax can handle them, they are great for tuning down as low as C and playing those low notes that make everything just shake!
