The Meinl Planetary Tuned Gongs are made in Germany and are unique for using the calculations of Hans Cousto (The Cosmic Octave) to match the frequencies of the sun, moon, and planets.
Each gong in the Meinl Planetary series is tuned to produce the corresponding frequency of the celestial body for which it is named.
