The guitar features a carefully selected Engelmann spruce top, renowned for its excellent acoustic properties and rich, responsive tone. Its tonal characteristics are further enhanced by an innovative Individual Soundboard Voicing process, which allows the soundboard to be carefully optimized for excellent response, balance and expressiveness.

The back and sides are crafted from African mahogany, a tonewood known for its warm, balanced and musical character. The combination of these carefully selected tonewoods produces a well-balanced and dynamic sound with clear highs, warm bass and long-lasting sustain.

Thanks to its excellent response and tonal versatility, the VIOLET DELUXE GC-EM A is equally at home with delicate and expressive fingerstyle playing, precise flatpicking and more powerful strumming.
