Chen Xin, the painter of "Snow", was born in 2004 in Shanghai, China with Down syndrome. She loved everything that is beautiful such as painting, singing, dancing, writing and playing musical instruments. Unfortunately, acute leukemia took her young life in 2021. This ukulele represents her artistic legacy, and we are glad that her artwork will forever live on our ukulele.
FLIGHT UTS-42 SNOW Ultra Travel Ukulele is a polycarbonate reinforced plastic soprano travel ukulele with a thin, resonant, and responsive lattice-braced soundboard and fluorocarbon strings, creating a bright and punchy sound. With a zero fret and precision engineering, the instrument features ideal action and excellent intonation for an enjoyable playing experience, and the slotted bridge makes string changes easy to accomplish.
