Developed specifically for the unique vibrational characteristics of nylon strings, the Fishman® Sonicore VTB EQ system conveys the natural sound of nylon with transparency and exceptional string-to-string balance. The Sonicore’s powerful yet organic-sounding pre-amplification is perfectly suited for both recording and any type of live performance application.
Features the traditional slotted headstock and machine heads for an authentic classical guitar look and functionality in a nylon-string electric.
Unlike the square-cut heel of traditional bolt-on guitars, the heel on the Sunset Nylectric is beveled round and thin for easier and smoother access to the frets in the high register of the fingerboard.
A clean look as well as no drag on your fingers due to the smooth satin finish means more comfort, increased speed and enhanced playability.
Compared to the standard classical guitar’s 52mm (2.0”) nut width, the Nylectric’s slightly narrower 45mm width makes it ideal for both traditional classical playing as well as standard acoustic steel-string or electric guitar playing, combining the best of all worlds in a single versatile guitar for a variety of playing styles.
