"Junior models in electric bass series are usually smaller and feature shorter scales, being mostly intended for players who are transitioning from electric guitar to the full-sized bass. Some players, such as Paul McCartney, stay on the short-scale bass throughout their careers. Action junior is an affordable and modern built electric bass with four-string construction, 30" scale and a series standard 24-fret fingerboard. Body of this model is solid, flat and made of agathis, series standard body wood. There is no top wood cover on this one (as is on the Action DLX). Black and Walnut Satin color options exist. Both are fit with chrome hardware and satin finish. A passive humbucker is installed in the bridge position. Bolted maple neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard."
